Studio Policy

JAMBOX Entertainment Studios Policies

Booking Policy
All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% deposit is required to book & hold time. Deposits are non refundable after 24 hours, but if properly cancelled,  may be used as credit towards a future session or service. Cancellations within 24 hours of booked time forfeit the deposit…..You will lose that deposit. In case of emergency, please call asap. Session clock starts at time booked. The management respectfully reserves the right to deny clients access to the studio if the studio deems necessary.

Payment Policy
ALL SESSIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AS STATED IN THE BOOKING POLICY ABOVE.
Session must be paid in full for time booked at start of session. Any overtime or added costs may be paid before session ends.No final exports or files will be delivered unless all outstanding studio fees have been resolved. At this time accept payment via Cash, All Credit Card,  (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Chase Quickpay.
please note: We seek prosecution for all credit card fraud & charge backs!

Data and Storage of Session Files
Files will be held at the studio at least 3 months after booked sessions. After this period, the studio reserves the right to erase the files. Clients are expected to bring a physical storage device or be prepared to have the session files sent over via Google Drive, ‘We Transfer’ or other computer file transfer service. Client should allow ample time for this transfer and will be responsible for that time during their session. If session needs to be sent after the allotted time, a minimum fee will be charged to the client.

JAMBOX Entertainment Studios is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged session files due to any unforeseen event/circumstance, fire or catastrophe that causes damage to studio or session files.

Liability
Client is responsible for any and all expenses due to damage done to the studio equipment through misuse or abuse or room furnishings. Client is responsible for any unauthorized removal of studio equipment software or furnishings by the client, or any person that is attending client’s session.
