JAMBOX Entertainment Studios Policies

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Thank you for choosing JAMBOX Entertainment Studios! In order to keep your experience with us stellar, here are our policies to keep everything smooth !

Booking Policy

All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% deposit is required to book & hold time. Deposits are non refundable after 24 hours, but if properly cancelled,  may be used as credit towards a future session or service. Cancellations within 24 hours of booked time forfeit the deposit…..You will lose that deposit. In case of emergency, please call asap. Session clock starts at time booked. The management respectfully reserves the right to deny clients access to the studio if the studio deems necessary.


Payment Policy

– ALL SESSIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AS STATED IN THE BOOKING POLICY ABOVE.
Session must be paid in full at start of session. Any overtime or added costs may be paid by session end. No final exports or files will be delivered unless all outstanding studio fees have been resolved. 

– We accept payment via  All Major Credit and Debit Cards,  Payment apps: (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay) Cash Transaction fees may apply.
please note: We will seek prosecution for all credit card fraud & charge backs!


Food And Beverage

– No smoking (cigarettes or weed (blunts) in any of the studios. You can use our outdoor terrace which is just feet away. As this is a business building, smoking weed is up to the studios discretion an may not be allowed until after 7pm on weekdays.

– Alcoholic beverages in moderation only

– Food and meals and beverages should be limited to our main lounge

– Sodas and soft drinks must be kept away from all studio equipment. (client is responsible for damages to equipment due to food and drinking accidents)


Studio Etiquette

– Please show respect to your audio engineers and interns. They are hard workers and are there to help you.

– Your audio engineer is there to guide you to get the best out of what the studio has to offer. Please be considerate and allow him/her the time and space that they need to get the job done to the best of their ability. Remember, it is almost impossible to mix with a room full of people trying to talk LOUDER than the music is playing.


Back-up Storage of Session Files

– At the end of each session, Minimally, an mp3 rough mix of the session should be made for the client. We advise bringing a usb drive to create a back-up of your work for the day including ALL files. 
 
– As a courtesy to our clients, All Files may be held at the studio at least 3 months after booked sessions. After this period, the studio reserves the right to erase the files.

– JAMBOX Entertainment will hold but does not accept responsibility for clents session files during project. is NOT responsible for client files left after session is over

– Clients are highly urged to bring a physical storage device such as a usb drive to every session to back up files. Client should always have the latest version of their project in their possession. Session files may also be sent to client via ‘We Transfer or other computer file transfer service. Client should allow ample time for this transfer. If session needs to be sent after the scheduled session time, a minimal fee (typically $10 or more) may be charged to the client.


Liability

JAMBOX Entertainment Studios is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged session files due to any unforeseen event/circumstance, including fire or water catastrophe that causes damage to studio or session files.

– Client is responsible for any and all expenses due to damage done to the studio equipment or room furnishings through misuse or abuse by client or any person that is attending client’s session.

 – Client is responsible for any unauthorized removal of studio equipment software or furnishings by the client, or any person that is attending client’s session.
